IMMEDIATE
(1) Forensic Audits in every department of the Osage Nation.
Audits will include inventory of all Osage Nation property.
(2) Constitutional
Convention
(3) In the mean time:
(a) Completely remove the Osage Nation Minerals Estate
from the Osage Nation Constitution.
(b) Make all legal corrections regarding the Osage Nation
Minerals Estate returning this entity back to the Osage
Shareholders
and their duly elected Minerals Council.
(c) Change membership definition from “eligible” to “right” to
Membership in the Osage tribe.
(d) I will strongly encourage each Congress member to accept a
$10,000.00 decrease in annual salary. The Chief and Assistant
Chief’s annual salaries should be cut $20,000.00 each. These
decreases should take effect during the current fiscal year of
the newly elected officials.
(e) Place a spending freeze on all government spending with the
exception of salaries, health care, audits and existing
obligations. This freeze will be kept in place until all
auditing is completed and determination has been made that
spending is necessary and in the best interest of the Osage
Nation.
(f) An open records policy will be established. |
